What should I bring to class?Bring a water bottle, grip socks and comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
How early should I arrive?For your first class, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the studio and equipment.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?Please let us know before class. We can provide modifications where appropriate, however we recommend seeking medical clearance from your healthcare professional if required.
What is your cancellation policy?Classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time and privates 24 hours. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of the class credit. A late fee is charged and no-show fee is charged to those on unlimited memberships
Is Pilates suitable during pregnancy?Pilates is a great way to stay active. Please let us know what stage of pregnancy you’re at and we’d be happy to help modify where required.
What membership options do you offer?We offer casual classes, class packs and weekly memberships to suit different lifestyles and fitness goals. Visit our Memberships page for current options.
How do I book a class?All classes can be booked through our online booking system. We recommend booking in advance as class sizes are limited.
Can I pause my membership?Yes. Memberships can be placed on hold for up to 4 weeks per calendar year. Additional holds may be considered in special circumstances.
