Terms & Conditions

All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system.
Classes may be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled class start time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the class start time will be considered a Late Cancellation.
Late cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit or a $5 late cancellation fee for unlimited membership holders.
Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling ("No Show") will result in the loss of the class credit or a $10 no-show fee for unlimited membership holders.

If a space becomes available, clients on the waitlist may be automatically added to the class.
It is the client's responsibility to manage their waitlist bookings and remove themselves if they can no longer attend.
Standard cancellation policies apply once a client has been moved from the waitlist into a class.

Motion State Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes due to trainer illness, emergency circumstances, or low attendance.
Where possible, clients will be notified at least 2 hours prior to the class start time.
If a class is cancelled by the studio, a class credit will be returned to the client's account or the booking will be transferred to another available class.

Clients are responsible for informing their trainer of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or physical limitations prior to participating in class.
Clients should only participate in classes appropriate for their fitness level and physical condition.
Motion State Pilates reserves the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe for the client or others.

New clients are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their first class.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join a class once the warm-up has commenced for safety reasons.

Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients.
Unused classes from class packs do not carry over beyond the stated expiry period unless required by law.
Unused classes from weekly debited memberships do not roll over into the following week.
If a weekly direct debit payment fails, Motion State Pilates will automatically reattempt the payment.
If three consecutive payment attempts are unsuccessful, the membership will be automatically suspended until all outstanding fees have been paid.
Motion State Pilates reserves the right to charge any applicable payment processing or failed payment fees permitted by the payment provider.
Rhythm Membership – Terms & Conditions
The Rhythm Membership provides access to 2 group classes per week for the duration of the active membership.
Membership Terms
Membership fees are debited weekly via the nominated payment method.
The Rhythm Membership is subject to a minimum 2-month commitment period from the membership start date.
Memberships cancelled within the initial commitment period may be required to pay the remaining balance of the commitment term.
Following the commitment period, memberships continue on a week-to-week basis until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Class Usage
Unused classes do not roll over to future weeks and cannot be accumulated.
Classes included in the membership are non-transferable and cannot be shared.
Bookings are subject to studio availability and must be made through the Motion State Pilates booking platform.
Cancellations & Attendance
A minimum of 3 hours' notice is required to cancel a booked class.
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the studio's cancellation policy.
Membership Holds
Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 4 weeks per calendar year.
A minimum of 14 days' written notice is required to request a hold.
Hold requests must be approved by Motion State Pilates before the hold period commences.
Membership fees will automatically resume at the conclusion of the approved hold period.
Failed Payments
If three consecutive payment attempts are unsuccessful, the membership will be automatically suspended until all outstanding fees have been paid.
Members with suspended accounts will be unable to attend or book classes until payments are brought up to date.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice.
Membership payments will continue during the notice period.
Motion State Pilates reserves the right to amend class schedules, instructors, studio policies, membership pricing, and these Terms & Conditions at any time, with reasonable notice provided where applicable.
Foundation Membership – Terms & Conditions
The Foundation Membership provides access to unlimited group classes, with a maximum of one class per day, for the duration of the active membership.
Membership Terms
Membership fees are debited weekly via the nominated payment method.
The Foundation Membership is subject to a minimum 2-month commitment period from the membership start date.
Memberships cancelled within the initial commitment period may be required to pay the remaining balance of the commitment term.
Following the commitment period, memberships continue on a week-to-week basis until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
