Reformer Essentials

Reformer Essentials blends strength, control and mobility into one well-rounded session. Expect purposeful, progressive programming that builds full-body strength, improves joint mobility and enhances stability. Great for all ability levels.

Stretch & Mobility

A slower-paced class designed to improve flexibility, restore range of motion and support how your body moves day to day. Through controlled, intentional movement, this class helps release tension, improve joint health and create more ease in your body.

Mum’s & Bub’s

A supportive, relaxed class designed for mums to move, rebuild strength and connect with their baby. This session meets you exactly where you’re at - whether you’re easing back into movement or ready to build strength again.

Private Sessions & 2:1 Sessions
